The New Internet Security Threats

 Foreword By The Editor

In this article by Louise Goldstein, a number of important security issues related to the modern Internet, or Web 2.0, as it is commonly known nowadays, are brought into focus. Modern technology is incredibly complex but is now in general use everywhere and its ubiquity is part of the problem. The bad guys are still out there and they are finding ever more ways to attack us. Vigilance has never been more important than now.

The Modern Internet

Malware logo Crystal 128.

Image via Wikipedia

The Internet has given birth to a lot of new possibilities. It is a worldwide marketplace, a communication gateway, a networking venue, and a lot more. However, it has also opened us up to new dangers: viruses, trojans, and many other kinds of Internet malware are all over cyberspace, ready to launch an attack on whoever is vulnerable.

The first line of defense is knowing the enemy. So take a look at these latest Internet security threats. You just might meet one of them one of these days.

Scareware

Malware today are often disguised as anti-virus software and anti-spyware. Take, for instance, Vista Spyware 2011, Windows Restore, and Microsoft Security Center 2011. These software pretend to scan your computer then pretend to find viruses and registry problems and other stuff that should scare you into paying for the software to clean up your computer. (That’s why they are called scareware: because they scare you).

But in truth, the viruses and registry issues were never there in the first place, so you end up spending money to fix troubles your computer never really had.

LizaMoon

This is another scareware that is causing problems for millions of Internet users.

As of March 31, 2011, this malware has been found crawling on more than 500,000 web sites and has shown to be one of the most rapidly spread virus attacks in Internet history. What is worse, this virus not only tricks you into paying for basically useless software, it has also been reported to drain its victims’ credit cards.

Mobile Phones And Social Networks

Mobile phones and social networks are popular new targets for online attacks. Facebook and Twitter users are particularly vulnerable because the messages that contain malicious links come labeled with the names of people they know and trust, so they are more likely to click on these links.

URL Shorteners have also become common tools for driving people to malicious sites, as you never really know what you are clicking on until you reach the site in question.

Mobile phones are popular targets these days. After all, as Denis Maslennikov, a senior malware analyst at Kaspersky Lab, explains, “Any mobile device, be it a smartphone or a basic mobile phone, has a direct connection to its owner’s money via their mobile account”.

Router Attack

While you are worrying about the safety of your computer or your web site, by the way, you might want to worry about your router as well. Hackers who have become bored with taking down Web servers through traffic flooding are now shifting their attention to routers, taking advantage of the vulnerabilities of the Border Gateway Protocol to take servers down. Unfortunately, there is not as yet a quick-and-easy way to protect routers from hacking.

In addition to implementing tighter authentication processes, filtering direct traffic better, and getting tools to detect and trace attacks, ISPs and carriers need to band together and, as a group, implement a protocol that will tighten overall security. This will prevent hackers from infiltrating a secured ISP by tunneling through a trusted-but-less-secure ISP network.

Protecting Yourself

For most of us, the best and easiest way to protect ourselves online is by investing in good quality Internet protection software. If you are low risk, meaning you don’t download a lot of stuff and seldom click on links, you can survive on a free one and there are many good free anti-malware programs from reputable companies out there.

However, if you love to download files, be they movies, PDFs, and most especially, software, or if you like to click links on Twitter or Facebook, you should definitely invest in a good, paid Internet security software. Never trust pop-ups that claim to find more problems than your reputable antivirus has warned you about.

Malware may have grown more sophisticated these days, but anti-virus companies have likewise grown smarter. There is no reason why you should be out in the cold when it comes to online protection.

Web Site Search Engine Optimization

Foreword By The Editor

In this article, Daryl Campbell suggests three simple ways to achieve on-page search engine optimization (SEO) without having to dwell on the complexities that can sometimes be so easy to get bogged down in. Traffic

A graphical despiction of a very simple html d...

Image via Wikipedia

Say the words web site search engine optimization and many of us will reach for the extra strength Tylenol. The mountain of information you seemingly have to digest in order to improve your search engine ranking can be daunting.

So why do people study web site SEO like it’s the finals of a college exam? Because the overwhelming majority of their (and your) site traffic will come from search engines. Optimizing your web pages the correct way can increase the ranking of your website and bring you more targeted traffic from people who are willing to buy your product, sign up for your opt-in email list or take some other action. It also has the added bonus of increasing your link popularity since many other webmasters will be very anxious to exchange links with a high ranking site.

But do you really have to take a postgraduate course to learn SEO? Not necessarily. There are some basic tweaks that you can make right now to your web pages that have the potential to increase your search engine rank.

Keyword Search Terms

This is the reason eighty percent of your site traffic comes from search engines. If the Internet is the information superhighway then keyword search terms are the guide posts. Choosing the right ones can be a science all its own. Use the free overture keyword (keyword) research tool to find terms relevant to your site content that people are looking for. Higher search results mean more competition. There is plenty of profit to be made in utilizing keywords that get anywhere from 500 to 5000 searches per month. You should then compile a list and use these keywords on every page of your website including the title.

However don’t go overboard. Keyword stuffing is a no-no with the search engines. It reminds them too much of the many automatic website builders that scrape content from other sites and create web pages overloaded with keywords and little else. Keep focused on providing useful information and use the keyword search terms where relevant.

Meta Tag Optimization

Five years ago, I would have told you meta tag optimization was essential to your web page. Nowadays search engines rank the importance of meta tags very low. Some do not consider them at all. So why use them? Because even if they a make up a small part of a search engine’s ranking formula, that’s an extra advantage for you.

Meta tags are usually located at the top of a website. Just open your web page in a browser window, click view on your menu bar and then select source. This is the HTML version of the web page. You can also do this with FrontPage, Dreamweaver or any other web site building software. Find where it says ‘meta name= keywords content’ and place your keywords between the empty quotations. Do the same with ‘meta name = description’ and place a brief site description between the quotations. Meta tag optimization may have lost much of it’s importance but every little bit helps.

Web Site Content

If you want to know how to take some of the complexity out of web site SEO, this is it. I’m sure you have seen many a site with dazzling graphics and awesome multimedia slideshows. None of that means anything without good unique web site content. Have at least a minimum of 300 words per page. Also make sure your text is in HTML (which stands for Hypertext Markup Language). Don’t let this throw you. HTML is the way search engines read your web pages. If you want to learn HTML, I recommend Dave Kristula’s website at http://www.davesite.com. The main thing to focus on is writing quality useful web site content that will please your visitors as well as the search engines.

Summary

A good search engine ranking is important for any online business. While there is a lot to learn concerning website SEO, just start with the simple steps we mentioned above. Keep in mind that if you give any web site search engine precisely what they want, they in turn will reward you with more site traffic and customers ready to take a look at your offer.

Search Engine Marketing

Foreword By The Editor

This article by Koua Her covers the important, indeed vital, topic of search engine marketing. Of all the options generally available to online marketer today, search engine marketing is probably the most effective and efficient method of ensuring a reasonable level of success, even for newcomers to the field.

Author of ‘Internet Traps, Ripoffs And Pitfalls

There are many so-called search engine optimization (SEO) ‘experts’ who are really just after your money. They would have you believe that knowledge of how search engines work is so tremendously difficult to understand that you really must hire them. However, before you invest any money by paying someone to optimize your website, first consider just what search engine marketing is.

The real goal with search engine marketing is to create fresh traffic for your website or blog. It is a lot easier to accomplish than it was previously. The reason is that more and more websites are using blogs to acquire fresh content online. As long as you target individual keyword phrases, the blogging platform will build your web pages for you.

Certainly you have to put the content online, but you are really targeting search engines by marketing a specific keyword phrase within the title, and within the introduction and closing of your blog article. This is known as search engine bait and is an excellent way to create a marketing plan using the search engines.

Along these lines, you need to bookmark your blog posts at the premier social directories and that way create greater search engine attraction. Now you have taken your search engine marketing efforts beyond your individual blog and are reaching out to the directories that are spidered consistently, sometimes daily, by the top search engines.

Another thing you can do to practice search engine marketing is to purchase PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising. This form of advertising has been around for several years now, but today Google Adwords still totally dominates the market.

You can quickly set up a campaign on Google and be on the first page within a matter of minutes. A word of caution though: take your time to learn the ins and outs of Google Adwords before you invest your money with them. Surprisingly, more campaigns with them today lose money than are actually profitable.

You can also purchase less expensive traffic on various other search engines including Yahoo and MSN. There are many other areas of PPC advertising too, including 7Search, Kanoodle, Bidvertiser, and many more.

One final thing we want to mention in regards to search engine marketing is submitting your website to search engines and directories. You can get organic listings for your website and create backlinks by utilizing this method of marketing to search engines.

If you have the funds to invest you can utilize ready-made applications like Search Engine Blaster, which professes to automatically complete the whole process and effect submissions for you. This can be a big time-saver as there are literally thousands of search engines and directories to submit to.

Merchant Secrets To Successful Affiliate Marketing

Foreword By The Editor

In this article by Nigel Canham, the area of affiliate marketing from the perspective of the merchant, is covered in some detail. There can be no doubt that affiliate marketing can be very profitable for merchants due to the fact that, in effect, it is a form of outsourcing. Nigel emphasizes that training and incentives are the keys to finding and motivating affiliates.
Mike Alexander
Author of ‘Internet Traps, Ripoffs And Pitfalls

Coaching, Tools And Support

For an affiliate marketing merchant, it is fair to say that success or otherwise hinges to an enormous extent upon the volume of traffic your affiliates manage to entice to your website and the subsequent sales you may achieve. Affiliate marketing programs have invariably been (and will carry on being) one of the most effective ways to produce traffic, accomplish better market share and so boost profits, but they must be used correctly. The primary requirement is a good understanding of just what motivates someone to become an affiliate marketer because, with this knowledge, you are going to be much better placed to make available a captivating package of coaching, tools and support. Done properly, this will quickly put your site at the cutting edge of whichever market you’re targeting.

It ought to be remembered that your affiliates will characterize your business’s presence online. To hire an affiliate who will not present your organization and its merchandise in the very best light possible is akin to throwing money away. A bad affiliate is actually not likely to affect your financial well-being, nor be a strain upon any essential resources, simply because they only earn money from the things they sell. Nevertheless, you could lose out on some important revenue streams by possibly not incorporating a few tried and tested techniques that could result in the merchant/affiliate relationship being a lot more mutually profitable.

What Affiliates Want

So what exactly is it that draws the would-be online marketer to becoming an affiliate to begin with? The reasons are numerous and varied but a few of the most immediately apparent are detailed below.

  • The affiliate marketer is answerable to no-one other than themselves and the principal merchant; they are their own personal supervisor and there are no deadlines to meet.
  • They will tend not to need to employ people or, if they do, it would usually be in the form of an outsourcing arrangement with free-lancers.
  • Truth be told there is often no need to lease premises or retain an office. An Internet business may be run effectively whether seated at a PC workstation at home or relaxing with a laptop at the beach.
  • If set up correctly, this form of e-commerce can often be operated with minimum attention for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
  • There is no need to commute. The whole of their business is no further away than their personal computer.
  • A good affiliate program may generate an extremely comfortable income through a quality product backed by high online commissions (over 50%).

These are only some of the good reasons people consider affiliate marketing. Being a merchant, you ought to endeavour to enter into the way of thinking of your affiliates and provide a support package which will both excite them and offer beneficial training, support and assistance. The probability is that you already acknowledge this need. Numerous affiliate merchants have previously trodden the path of the marketer. Should you be one of those, you likely have a good idea of what your affiliates need. The newbie affiliate will quickly find their initial foray into the realm of marketing quite daunting. It is a tough environment to negotiate without having some form of direction, which is why training can be so important.

Personal Characteristics

To become productive, affiliates have to possess certain qualities of character that can help them drive their business forward. Qualities like determination (the drive to never give up even if things appear to be going nowhere); willingness to learn inside an ever-evolving online scene; self-motivation (simply put, not being distracted by domestic or other non-work related pressures); self-discipline (the ability to work within a pre-defined time each day or until the day’s aims have been achieved); a positive attitude (needed to counter any negativity that arises from within themselves and/or from others).

Certainly, as an affiliate merchant, it is definitely not your task to instill these factors in your affiliates but you may help encourage them by adopting an optimistic attitude. By and large, a tiny amount of encouragement can sometimes uncover qualities that lie hidden just below the surface of the would-be marketer. This can be accomplished with a minimum of effort by putting in place a high quality system of training and assistance which will allow them to have the confidence to drive their business, and therefore yours, forward. This is a win-all state of affairs and one which can generate a good income for you as well your affiliate marketers.

The principle emphasis must be on the need for training and encouragement for your affiliates to try and do the most effective job they can to create traffic and market your products to the fullest extent possible. After a little thought and energy you might soon have large numbers of affiliates offering your products right across the World Wide Web for 365 days a year, using synchronised and well-planned campaigns which will leave you and them more than adequately rewarded.

Multiple racks of servers, and how a data cent...

Image via Wikipedia

It is an undeniable fact that due to the extremely large number of different providers in the globally competitive market of web hosting, research and review has become an important tool to aid in finding a good managed server provider. What are the factors that should be given emphasis?

Examine

Examine the managed services offered such as Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates that ensure a secured online monetary transaction. Is the provider able to incorporate shopping carts and online forms? Will the provider be able to provide database maintenance? How about file transfer services? Consider bandwidth, data transfer levels and maximum uptime. All of these are crucial to ensure the productivity of your website. These are also essential to maintain good daily traffic to your website.

IT Infrastructure

Consider the applications, equipment and tools utilized by the provider to deliver their hosting services. Are they able to keep up with the latest trends in web hosting services?

Technical Support

Assistance and support should back up the services provided. At all costs, a provider must be reachable 24 hours a day/seven times a week. All sorts of communication such as telephones, mobile phones and online means should be extended to the clients. The lack of support system may cause loss of clients.

Consider the cost of their services and the payment methods they accept. Is the fee reasonable enough for the bunch of services they offer? Will they be willing to accommodate your preferred payment method such as installments, credit cards, checks or bank-to-bank transfers?

Cost

This is also a crucial factor to evaluate when looking for a server provider. Carefully evaluate the services a provider offer and examine if the services are substantial for the price they offer. It would be a good practice to compare not only the prices of different providers, but their services as well.

Summary

Considering the above factors, you are on a feasible track towards finding the right managed server deal for you. Don’t just rely on what everyone else says. If you don’t feel comfortable enough with a provider, you can always set off and move to another provider.

You can see my site ranking if you search for Consumer Wealth System review and I’ve been getting emails from people. They have a problem and it’s also one of many serious mistakes that beginners sometimes make when trying to make money online. It’s evident that many people don’t focus enough on a single course. They get tired of waiting for the profits to roll in and that’s not really good.

It is a brutal fact and most probably you have prematurely jumped from one method to the next yourself. You do nine methods one after another then throw your hands up before you’ve put in enough effort to see a profitable campaign result and you sell yourself short yet again by purchasing products you don’t really need.

Basic Skills

Most people (myself included) have gone through this sort of phase. There are many products that I’ve bought and membership programs that I joined unnecessarily. The frustration is just too much and I sometimes I have even quit when starting out. But when you take a close look at it, you only need some basic skills in order to start making money online. One very good technique is to write articles.

Check out the Consumer Wealth System and see how articles can be used to promote physical products. You can also use paid advertising methods but I would really avoid using Pay-Per-Click (PPC) even if you have money to spare. This article alone will save you thousands of dollars in the future. How? By discouraging you from purchasing expensive courses that otherwise you would probably buy this year but that you don’t really need.

Traffic Generation

This is where you have to be honest with yourself. You have to make a decision on what traffic generation techniques you should use. We’re all different and we’re going to have different results with every marketing technique that we use. Nobody can guarantee that a specific method will work for you because it will all depend on how you approach your work. If you don’t give up too easily and take consistent action then your success is just around the corner.

Are you looking to get rich quick? If your mindset is like that then it’s easy for the gurus to get your hard earned money. Now it’s going to be hard for you to put your trust in anyone again even though there are many good money-making online training courses available. Sometimes it takes me a lot of investigation before buying a course because I always want to make sure that I’m making the right decision.

The Importance of Ranking in Google

Foreword By The Editor

The following article by James Hardy covers the vital importance of obtaining a high ranking in the most important search engine of all, Google. When you become an online marketer, you need to understand that a successful online business relies heavily on search engine ranking and the traffic that results. Most web inquiries pass through one or more of the popular search engines in their quest for the information they need.

The Role Of The Search Engines

Image via CrunchBase

Profit is the reason why people turn to online marketing. Taking on the role of an online marketer is very tough though, since you have to be able to convince the search engines that your site deserves a high page rank. Now why would you do that? Because the search engines are the meeting place of all online business enterprises and possess the power to determine which site is the best among the rest.

Obtaining the kind of money you want out of your online business starts with the people who visit your site. The question of how to persuad people to visit your web page is answered by your status in the search engine result page. If you have a top Google ranking, you are likely to get more visitors for your site, simple as that.

Difficulties Of SEO

Simple it may be but the means of doing it is far more difficult than it seems. Google search engine marketing is a popular and proven concept but there are still thousands of marketers failing at it. Motivation and time are two of the most vital factors since search engine optimization is not a one way process.

Any kind of online business certainly needs Google search engine marketing to generate enough traffic. But page ranking is not a piece of cake. The problem with an Internet business is that there are hordes of competitors for each niche or keyword. Therefore, it is up to internet marketers to find a way to shine above similar sites that offer the same products or services.

The most efficient way of getting to the top of Google lists is by SEO (search engine optimization). You should however read additional information about it and perhaps do some training yourself. Trust me, it is rewarding but pretty tough. Though most neophyte web marketers are still unfamiliar with these concepts, there is always the option of outsourcing SEO and content jobs. Just make sure you get the most out of such investment. But then again, it is still much preferable that you personally train on SEO in order to know what factors can make or break your online business.

Getting Listed By The Search Engines

Foreword By The Editor

This useful, and for some enlightening, article by Meagan Gray covers the somewhat entangled topic of search engines (and, strictly speaking, search directories) and their submission policies. Understanding the coverage of the different companies, as well as their relationships with each other, is important because you need to avoid a lot of time-wasting activity that would otherwise be inevitable without this knowledge.

Statistics

a chart to describe the search engine market
Image via Wikipedia

Over 90% of US search engine traffic is driven by Yahoo! or Google search technology. You may hear the names of several other search engines but most of  them are powered by the preceding search engines in some way. For example, Yahoo! is the owner of Inktomi, AltaVista, and AllTheWeb. All three of these search engines are driven by the same database as Yahoo! Search.

Several meta search engines likewise drive a decent amount of traffic. Meta search engines do not crawl the net, but merge the outcomes of other search engines. If you’re indexed by the top few engines then you’ll likewise appear eventually in meta search results. Vivisimo is an example of a meta search engine.

Inbound Links

If you wish to publish your site then these are the places where you can. Google powers about half of US based web search. Yahoo! powers over 40% of US based internet search. This calls for a free Yahoo! id. Yahoo! also has a paid inclusion program that goes by the term of Overture Site Match. Ask Jeeves/Teoma influences about 5% of web search. It is the only main search engine that does not have a free site submit option. Eventually they’ll list your website in their search engine results when you have a few inbound links. Gigablast powers a much smaller portion of searches than most other engines but is quick to catalog pages if the site submit is functioning.

Free Links

You will find lots of free links here and there on the Internet. Some good examples are: leaving testimonies for individuals (occasionally they’ll connect to your site), offering donations to help out other web sites or organizations, placing your website in your signature in search engine optimization (SEO) discussion forums (or any other kind of forum), leaving comments on web logs (journals such as Fast Company, Inc., or any of the other thousands of blogs on the web). Some of them undergo redirects, but some do not. Writing articles that you post to websites like Buzzle or sites linked to your topic. Any search engine well worth being listed in will often record your website if you get a few incoming links. Search engines help keep your site inside their index in case you have several decent inbound links.

Submitting

If you want more people to visit your website, you need to understand how to make it search engine friendly and publish your URL to several different search engines. Posting a web site to directories is a really time consuming procedure. It takes hours to find and then submit your site to every directory manually and also to fill ‘captchas’ and publish. Lots of directories have some terms and conditions to consent sites. If you don’t comply with them, your site won’t get authorized or reviewed. So, at all times it makes sense to engage with a superior web site submission service provider that may distribute your website effectively, based on their own way. Site marketing is really not that difficult. You just need a little bit of effort, a little bit of thought, along with a reasonable amount of patience.

Considering Your Very Own Online Business

Foreword By The Editor

This article by Mark J Ryan sums up nicely a broad outline of some of the things that should be considered when contemplating starting an online home-based business. Be sure to read the About The Author paragraph at the end of the article where you will find a couple of links to follow for further information.

Web-Based Business

www,domain,internet,web,net
Image via Wikipedia

Just like any normal store or enterprise, every online-based business markets some type of product or service with the goal of creating a profit and therefore an income. The product or service is the merchandise; the online element is a way of communicating with likely consumers. With a web-based company, the actual sale of its items or services may now be focused on the international marketplace, rather than being restricted to old-fashioned technology such as postal companies, broadcast radio & TV, newspapers and so on.

Passionate Interests

Having a passionate interest in something can often be the most effective motivator for starting a web-based enterprise. Many of today’s most successful Internet marketing experts started off by simply placing their hobby on the web. Along the way, something got fired up and some of these hobbyists started to be certain that a home business income may very well be pulled off from their projects by simply providing the products and services desired by others. Passion switched their particular interest right into a business and carried them over the barriers along the route to profitability. Along the way they gained the personal satisfaction that comes with owning a self-made Internet-based marketing company.

Motivation And Commitment

You need a level of commitment along with due diligence in order to be successful at web-based marketing. Turning a leisure activity into a business is certainly not without its disappointments and troubles, and momentary failures are to be expected. If you decide to begin an Internet enterprise which does not truly interest you, you may very well stop as soon as the going gets tough. Having motivation and a long term view or vision, can propel an Internet-based marketing business straight past the barriers to long-term success.

Business Preperation

Business preparation, on the other hand, is actually a separate matter. It’s definitely not easy to make money online without having a strategy. When you need to switch that passion from a hobby into a company, you will need to plan it out and operate it just like any other company to make it through the cross over. Adjustments come faster and faster with each and every new technology, innovation and online social advance. Commit some of your time to contributing at no cost to relevant forums, organizations and other bodies associated with subject specific memberships that like to keep track of the latest news and breakthroughs in your area of web marketing. Growing to be an experienced, as well as proficient, web-based marketing enterprise means committing yourself to endless learning and adjustment. The following are some web business start-up points you must understand when considering an online business.

  • Nearly everyone utilizes the World Wide Web to get information; not necessarily to buy things.
  • People who do want to buy things on the net generally know what they need in specific detail.
  • When your web impression appears to be below par, almost no one will trust you with their money.
  • Customers can be incredibly selfish and when you don’t have what they want, they can disappear within a split second. And when they do buy from you but are then dissatisfied, they will demand an immediate refund.
  • Each company, on the web or even offline, has issues as well as conflicts. You have to have patience, commitment and also perseverance in order to follow such a journey and not quit.

Summary

If you believe you have what it takes to tackle such difficulties and start a web enterprise (the main requirements being eagerness and commitment), you will soon be well on your way to earning money and owning a successful business online that you operate from home!

The only problem about using AdWords is, if you don’t do it the right way, you’ll end up losing money and not get the targeted traffic you need for your website. In order to find the best ways to use Google this way then simply search the Internet to find e-books on how to properly utilize AdWords.

S.E.O.

The next best way to get targeted traffic to your site is to make sure your landing page (or indeed, your whole website) is perfectly optimized for the search engines. When we talk about optimizing web pages, we’re talking about having proper keyword targeted phrases throughout the page. Again, you can find e-books and information online that can show you the proper way to optimize your web page.

Joint Ventures

Another great way of getting targeted traffic your website is by having other people drive the traffic for you. You can do this by utilizing joint ventures. This is where you find other people in your niche who are willing to promote your product for you in return for reward. You will however, need to compensate these individuals with some type of commission percentage or something similar. Fifty percent commission is standard and, don’t forget, you only need to pay these people when they generate a sale for you.

Forums And Blogs

One technique that has been used for years and will continue to be effective for a long while yet, is that of posting comments in forums and on other people’s blogs. Although I’m sure you’ve heard of before, I will explain the best ways to do this.

Every time you leave a comment on a blog, you will see a few boxes where you need to enter information. Where it says name, enter your targeted keyword. Be sure to enter a valid email address and where it says website enter the URL you wish to promote. Then simply leave a real comment that relates to the blog post. The URL will then be tied to the name you entered. So every time you leave a comment it will create a back link. Now, you will receive traffic from the link itself and it will also help boost your search engine ranking for your targeted keywords.

Your Signature File

Most forums will not allow you to place a link in a comment or question that you post on their site. They will however, often allow you to place links in your signature. Then you can set your signature file to appear every time you post a comment or question. Which means, every time you ask a question or leave an answer to someone else’s question you will be building a link back to your site. You should, of course, join as many forums as you can and post on each one at least once a day.

Article Marketing

Finally, you should begin utilizing article marketing. This is where you create articles and post them in article directories or anywhere else online you’re able to publish an article. And in each article be sure to include a resource box which has a link that points back to your website.
